Structure & Features

1. Material Feeding System
   Installed in the distributing box, including a screw, shelf, blender, and other parts. Materials are conveyed through the screw with adjustable speed, while the blender helps ensure uniform feeding.

2. Extruding System
   Mainly includes the screw and screw barrel.

3. Cutting System
   Composed of a motor, knife holder, and belt pulley. The knife holder is fixed on the die head and driven by the belt to cut the extruded materials. Mold shapes include round hole, column form, slice, and others.

4. Heating System
   Includes three heating zones, each equipped with two infrared heating rings.

5. Lubricating System
   Includes a gear pump, oil box, and oil circulation lines to lubricate and cool various parts of the distributing box.
