Fortified Rice Production Line

This fortified rice production line produces high-quality artificial rice, fortified rice, konjac rice, and other rice variants. By changing the molds or dies on the twin-screw extruder, different sizes and shapes can be produced. Broken rice serves as the main raw material, which is finely milled, blended with additional ingredients, and conditioned with water and steam in the extruder. The material is then re-granulated and roasted at low temperatures, resulting in smooth, natural-looking fortified rice.

Roast rice kernels using a low-temperature oven driven by dual reducers. Longer roasting time for lower layers ensures even cooking. Typical roasting times range from 60–150 minutes, producing crisp, high-quality fortified rice while preserving nutrients.
